Women’s Tennis Scandal-less

by Erica on March 1st, 2008

So far, the scandal that has plagued men’s tennis seems to have steered clear of women’s tennis.

Larry Scoot of the WTA said, “We have not found any wrong-doing in any matches.”

The public statement came on the heels of a fifth Italian player being fined and suspended, Federico Luzzi.

An investigation over the past two years has shown no signs of betting in the women’s game.

And for how long will that last?
